Booking & Cancellation Policy
For group bookings and private tours, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the activity.
For the purpose of this policy:

A group is defined as any booking of 3 or more buggies;

A group is defined as any booking of 2 or more jeeps.

At Ride with Toni, every tour is carefully prepared, with dedicated vehicles, guides, and logistics for each experience.
When you reserve a date, that time slot is held exclusively for you, which may require us to decline other requests.
We appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to maintain the quality and experience we strive to offer every guest.
By confirming a reservation, the selected date and resources are exclusively allocated to you. Therefore, the deposit (50%) is non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Adverse weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place;

Cancellation due to operational reasons on Ride with Toni’s side;

Exceptional circumstances duly proven (e.g. flight or cruise/ship cancellation, with official documentation).
In these cases, we will offer the option to reschedule. If it is not possible to find a suitable date for both parties, a full refund will be issued.
Ride with Toni reserves the right to request official documentation to validate any request for changes or exceptions.
Refunds or changes will not be accepted in the following situations:

Change of personal plans;

Last-minute cancellations without valid justification;

No-show on the day of the activity.
